A: We are a custom aluminum extrusion manufacturer specializing in OEM and ODM services, offering high-quality and customizable solutions to meet your needs. We also operate our own foreign trade export business, handle other hardware accessories, and have trading company capabilities.
2. Can I get some samples for free?
A: Yes, we provide free samples. However, the freight cost is to be covered by the buyer. If our standard products don’t meet your requirements, please share your specific needs with us. We are happy to customize and produce samples for you as quickly as possible.

3. Can I customize my own products?
Absolutely! We welcome your customization requests, whether it’s for colors, shapes, capacities, or functions. As a custom aluminum extrusion manufacturer, we’re equipped to handle your unique requirements. Please note that minimum order quantities (M.O.Q.) may apply depending on your needs.
Please provide your engineering drawings, concept sketches, or even hand-drawn illustrations, as these will be extremely helpful.
4. How do I place an order?
A: The ordering process is simple: Advisory → Specifications Confirmation → Inquiry → Purchase Order Confirmation → Deposit Payment → Manufacturing → Final Payment → Shipment
5. What payment methods do you accept?
A:We accept T/T and PayPal for your convenience.
6. What are the available shipping options?
A: We work with TNT, UPS, FEDEX, SF, OCS, and EMS. If you have specific shipping preferences not listed, please let us know.
7. What after-sales services do you provide?
A: We have a dedicated Sales Department to assist with any customer inquiries or support. You can easily reach us via email, Skype, or phone.

8. How about import customs fees?
A: Please be aware that our team will declare the customs value based on your instructions. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and these fees are the buyer's responsibility.
We recommend consulting your local customs office to understand any additional costs prior to purchasing.
If goods are returned or destroyed due to customs clearance issues, the related costs will be borne by the buyer.
If you are from the US, there were some import tariff disputes in early 2024, but by the end of the year this issue had been clarified - aluminum extrusion products from Taiwan are no longer subject to anti-dumping duties. Please refer to this article.
